Do you like to read samples of books for free? There’s a page on this site where I post the first chapter of one of my books. I change it up every few months or so. I just updated it today, and it’s the first chapter of “Wild Heart”, my very first book. If you want a sneak peek into what I have been working on, you’ll want to check this out. Next year, 2021, I am going to be releasing the 3rd book in that Wild Heart series. Here is the link to the first chapter of “Wild Heart”.
Did you catch that I’m working on a new book? I wrote “The End” on Saturday, Dec. 12, 2020. It’s being edited and gone over with a fine-tooth comb as we speak. It’s number 3 in the series about Gage Colton and Shewana Christy. If you’ve been following me for a while, then you’ll recognize those names. They are the hero and heroine of my first novel, the one that got me into writing and publishing. I’ve learned a lot since they were put into a book, and I hope I have grown as a person and a writer. They are dear to me, though, and their daughter, Katie has a story all her own. You don’t want to miss it. There will be more about that book in the coming weeks, so keep checking back for updates.
Do you like podcasts? I was featured in one after the release of “You Belong to Me”. The author of the podcast is also the narrator of “You Belong to Me”, the audiobook. It’s a 3 part series, and the link below is part 3 of the interview. Enjoy!
Speaking of new books, soon I will be looking for beta readers. Beta readers are those gifted souls who pick out holes in plotts and mistakes we authors of the story cannot see. If you are interested, check back soon. There will be a form to fill out, and I’ll share that here.
In the meantime…
I don’t know about y’all, but this Christmas has sneaked up on me. I am so not ready. LOL I still have gifts to buy and maybe some baking to do.
We are all healthy, praise the Lord. There’s just a few more days of homeschool before Christmas break, and I think I speak for us all when I say, “Can’t come soon enough.” LOL
Hope this season finds you relying on God for your strength. He’s the only one who can carry us through. He’s the reason for this season, after all.
